Born in Saronno in 1984, he is a contemporary artist based in Monza, Italy.
Recognized Europe-wide for his iconic faces, his artistic practice ranges from painting to installation and live performance, exploring existential themes through essential forms and raw material. His work creates resonant spaces that invite reflection on concepts such as presence, absence and identity. In a hyperconnected and image-saturated society, Battiloro explores the role of the vulnerable subject, transforming painting into an act of silent defiance and symbolic openness.
